according to a release, measures pushed by jackley's office will pertain to punishing ththe convicted of specific human trafficking and sex crimes, rcing those lawbreakers to forfeit profits anassets associated with their crimes. jackley's second push is to improve the state's sex offender registry. the legislative proposal will make access to the sex offenger registry and information more accessible for tribes in south dakota. jessica rae: south dakota has one of the strongest bans on speed cameras in the nation and now they're taking things a step further. yesterday the state of south dakota banned the sioux city police department fromectronically accessing their driver registration data for the use of speed camera citations. the city was once able to electronically access that information... to locate the addresses of south dakota drivers who are caught on speed cameras. "so today's move is to close a loop hole so that they don't continue to use the information in a way

has prohibited the state from sharing it for," said matt konenkamp, policy advisor to governor daugaard.
